There is, however, an Apple Authorised Reseller and an Apple Authorised Service Provider - both Premium level. But if you are looking for advice, help, assistance, support, service, repair, or training for your iPhone, iPad, Mac or other Apple product - that's exactly what I do!
I am Apple Certified to deliver support, and perform repairs, and training. I actually work all over the planet, but am I based in the Algarve. Here are my local rates:
€50 per hour
€150 four hours, prepaid (25% saving)
€335 ten hours, prepaid (33% saving)
Packs of hours are flexible, shareable and transferable; you're paying for the hours, take them how you like! Appointments can be in person or online via iMessage, FaceTime, or Zoom.

Russell Newton has been using Apple products for 35 years and working in Apple support for more than half that time. In 2002 he established Newteq Solutions in Lagoa, Algarve, which went on to become an Apple Authorised Service Provider and achieve Premium status. Nowadays, he works exclusively as an international consultant and Apple Certified Trainer.

€1,250 per year (50% saving)
The VIP Coaching Package is per person, and is non-shareable and non-transferable.
I kindly ask that you try to use the hours within one year.
7-11/ 7/52 contact is for urgent matters that cannot wait until the next weekly scheduled session.
Extra hours taken beyond the scheduled weekly session are billable at my standard rates.
