Apple Training

Training needs are very specific. There is no "one size fits all." Location, pre-requisites, topic, timing, depth, and certification requirements all need to be taken into consideration. Then there is the matter of the instructor - qualifications, skills, experience, and charges. I understand all of this and I take great pride in my professionalism, abilities, flexibility, and reasonable rates. I have more than three decades of experience using Apple technologies, twenty five years teaching, fifteen years in Apple support, and almost a decade as an Apple Certified Technician. Trust me - this is what I do.

APPLE CERTIFICATION

I am an international AppleCare Mentor Trainer. This means that I am certified to deliver the Service Fundamentals, Mac Technician, and iOS Technician courses (2019, 2018, 2017, 2016) which lead to the ACMT and ACiT certifications, and I am also the only trainer outside of the U.S. who can train the trainers of those materials (AppleCare T3).

I am also an Apple Certified Trainer for the macOS Support Essentials and Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration Basics courses which lead to the Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) and Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration certifications, respectively. I am also certified to deliver the two-day Apple Deployment Essentials and four-hour Apple Deployment Workshop courses.

NON-CERTIFICATION
